I can't say enough about this company. I called at 10am today to book an appointment to have a quote done tomorrow at 10am. Hannah called at 12:45pm and said they were in my neighborhood and could come by right away to do a quote. Guys came by, gave me a quote, which was very reasonable, and said they could do it right away. They loaded up everything including an old queen mechanical bed/two pantry shelving units, old air conditioners and all the junk in my back yard. They were gone by 1:15pm. So from the time I called this morning to all my stuff being removed was less than 4 hours. Talk about Lightning fast. Would recommend these guys to anyone needing to do a dump run but don't have a truck. They took it all and I didn't have to lift a finger. Well done guys.

If clutter is slowly consuming your life and you need a hero in a high-vis vest, call Lightning Rubbish Removal. These guys showed up like a SWAT team for garbage, ready to extract, eliminate, and liberate my space from the tyranny of junk. I had years’ worth of “I’ll deal with it later” stacked up, broken furniture, random mystery boxes, and things I swear multiplied on their own. But these pros tackled it like trash ninjas, fast, efficient, and completely judgment-free (which I deeply appreciate because even I wasn’t sure how some of that stuff got there). True to their name, they worked at lightning speed, before I could even second-guess keeping that “perfectly good” broken chair, it was already loaded up and on its way to wherever garbage goes to die. If you’ve got junk that needs to disappear, call these guys before your significant other “accidentally” donates all your favorite stuff. Five stars, zero regrets!

I had an old hot tub that wasn't working anymore and called these guys to see if they would take it. They were able to schedule me in within the week, were very professional and punctual. They didn't even grumble when they realized the hot tub had to come up 3 stories. They cut it up and cleaned up all the debris after. More than fair price to haul it out and saved me a ton of work hard I never would have been able to do myself! I will definitely use this company again.

The truck showed up right on time and the junk was loaded up quickly and professionally by the two employees. We had a fire in our rental property and had to dispose of household furniture and fire damaged items. I was not able to give them much notice to deliver a bin at the location. I was actually surprised that they had one for delivery. I prearranged a time for it to be dropped off, as I was coming from out of town , it arrived on time with pleasant delivery personnel and dropped off exactly where I had indicated. 11/10 would recommend Joseph and his team for junk and appliance removal in the Kamloops area!! Easy to communicate with, super affordable, lightning quick and painless service. We had a giant, heavy, junk appliance that we inherited with a building and needed it out on short notice to begin renovations. I called Lightning Rubbish Removal and they came the same day to walkthrough and give an estimate (which was less than half of what I expected to pay!) and then they scheduled the removal for 1 day later first thing in the morning! I've never had anyone be on time for a pickup or delivery and Joseph was even 15 minutes early and was gone within half an hour with the job done perfectly!! Thank you for taking such a weight off my shoulders!!!

Crew was able to come early and make the move and pick-up. Moved a huge treadmill and took away the old one and some old furniture. Treadmill was not an easy move in the least and much cursing should have taken place but they remained calm and professional. I was able to order a bin on short notice (the other company I called said he would put me on a wait list and that was over a month ago and I still haven't gotten a call back...). They are very professional and quick. (We needed the bin dumped and brought back, which was done "lightning" fast) We requested just wood removal and ended up with a huge metal desk that needed to be removed as well, which they accommodated with no issues. I just had the guys at my place removing yard clippings and I found they were very friendly, efficient and they cleaned up after themselves!
