Couches, mattresses, dressers and the bed frame that will not fit back down the stairs. We carry it out from the room it is in and take it away the same visit.
Furniture is the job most people put off because of the last ten feet: the turn at the top of the stairs, the door that has to come off its hinges, the sectional that went in before the wall did. We bring the people and the tools for that part, and we load from wherever the piece sits, not from the curb.
Tell us what it is and where it is, and we will tell you whether it is one trip and how we will get it out. Anything still usable is set aside for donation. The rest goes to the landfill or the recycler, and we sweep up before we leave.
A mattress is the one piece the charity stores mostly will not take, and the City charges a surcharge for each one at the landfill. We take them with the rest of the load, and you get the whole price before we start.

These guys showed up like a SWAT team for garbage, ready to extract, eliminate, and liberate my space from the tyranny of junk. I had years’ worth of “I’ll deal with it later” stacked up, broken furniture, random mystery boxes, and things I swear multiplied on their own. But these pros tackled it like trash ninjas, fast, efficient, and completely judgment-free (which I deeply appreciate because even I wasn’t sure how some of that stuff got there). True to their name, they worked at lightning speed, before I could even second-guess keeping that “perfectly good” broken chair, it was already loaded up and on its way to wherever garbage goes to die. Yes. Mattresses and box springs are a normal part of a furniture load. Charity stores in Kamloops generally will not accept used mattresses, so they go to the landfill with the rest, and you get the whole price before we start.
That is most of the job. We bring the tools and the hands for stairs, tight landings and doors that need to come off. If a sectional will not go out the way it came in, we take it apart where it can be taken apart. Send a photo of the route and we will tell you the plan.
